coklat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vla Kopi/Mocca :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Didihkan :&lt;br /&gt;500 cc air + 6 sdm susu kental manis putih&lt;br /&gt;6 sdm gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm maizena&lt;br /&gt;2 kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;½ sdt pasta kopi/mocca&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Menyiapkan biscuit marie &lt;br /&gt;Buat caramel dari 50 gr gula, tambahkan kopi essence&lt;br /&gt;Tangkupkan setiap 2 buah marie dengan lapisan caramel ditengahnya&lt;br /&gt;Lakukan dengan cepat supaya caramel tidak keburu keras/kaku&lt;br /&gt;[Hati2 jangan sampai kena tangan yaa..karena gula caramel sangat panas]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Membuat pudding&lt;br /&gt;Masak susu, agar2 &amp;amp; gula sambil diaduk terus agar susu tidak pecah, gunakan api kecil-sedang&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan kuning telur, dengan cara dipancing adonan agar-agar, tuang sambil aduk cepat&lt;br /&gt;Setelah mendidih, angkat, matikan api, tambahkan 3 sdm SKM, aduk rata, saring.&lt;br /&gt;[ssst…percaya ga percaya, penambahan 3 sdm SKM di bagian akhir ini, bikin pudding kita jadi makin lezat lho!]&lt;br /&gt;Bagi adonan dalam 2 panci, ½ diberi pewarna merah, ½ lagi diberi pewarna/pasta coklat&lt;br /&gt;Tuang ½ adonan pink dalam Loyang bulat 20/22 cm, tunggu hingga keras&lt;br /&gt;Kemudian susun biscuit marie melingkar masing2 menjadi 2 tangkup, seperti ini tekan setiap 2 tangkupan biscuit dengan gelas berisi air matang, seperti ini :&lt;br /&gt;Tuang ½ adonan coklat [sudah dipanaskan kembali], tunggu hingga keras&lt;br /&gt;Tuang lagi ½ adonan pink [sudah dipanaskan kembali], tunggu hingga keras&lt;br /&gt;Angkat gelas berisi air setelah dipastikan biscuit hampir sepenuhnya terendam pudding&lt;br /&gt;Terakhir masukkan sisa adonan coklat [yg sudah dipanaskan kembali] untuk menutup permukaan biskuit, bekukan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Disajikan dingin dengan vla kopi/mocca.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Catatan: &lt;br /&gt;- Pastikan lapisan pertama sudah beku/keras sebelum dituang lapisan berikutnya&lt;br /&gt;- Pada saat menuang lapisan berikutnya, adonan yang akan dituang biasanya sudah terlanjur beku, untuk itu panaskan kembali untuk mencairkannya.&lt;br /&gt;- Fungsi gelas berisi air adalah penahan agar biscuit marie tetap duduk manis di tempatnya/tidak mengambang saat dituang adonan pudding.&lt;br /&gt;- Pastikan gelas cukup berat untuk menahan biscuit, berukuran proporsional sehingga tidak saling bersinggungan dan diisi air matang dlm jumlah yang sama. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;=================================================&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Pennylane's Chocolate Cookies&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;:: Penulis : Riana Ambarsari &lt;a href="http://www.ncc-indonesia.com/detail.php?aid=521" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.ncc-indonesia.com/detail.php?aid=521&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* 100 gram almond + 100 gram kenari, atau 200 gram kacang-kacangan favorit anda&lt;br /&gt;* 60 gr terigu protein rendah&lt;br /&gt;* 1 sdt baking powder&lt;br /&gt;* 1/4 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;* 2 sachet (@ 2 gr, total 4 gram) kopi instan, larutkan dengan beberapa tetes air panas&lt;br /&gt;* 450 gram dark cooking chocolate (Rasa kue ini 99% ditentukan oleh rasa coklat yang digunakan, maka gunakan coklat favorit anda yang betul-betul enak rasanya)&lt;br /&gt;* 60 gram unsalted butter atau margarine&lt;br /&gt;* 200 gram gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;* 4 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;* 1 sdm vanila ekstrak&lt;br /&gt;* 175 gram dark chocolate chips&lt;br /&gt;* 175 gram white chocolate chips (bisa dikurangi atau diganti jika tidak terlalu suka manis)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Lelehkan coklat bersama mentega, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Campur terigu dan baking powder.&lt;br /&gt;3. Campur larutan kopi dengan garam dan vanila ekstrak.&lt;br /&gt;4. Kocok telur dan gula hingga kental, pucat/putih, berjejak, atau jika kocokan diangkat adonan akan jatuh dalam bentuk pita lebar yang mengalir pelan.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan coklat+butter leleh, aduk rata. Masukkan campuran kopi, aduk rata. Ayakkan terigu+BP, aduk asal tercampur. Masukkan kacang panggang dan kedua macam chocolate chips, aduk.&lt;br /&gt;6. Tutup mangkuk dengan plastik lengket, dinginkan di kulkas lk 30-60 menit jam hingga adonan mudah disekop.&lt;br /&gt;7. Panaskan oven 170 derajat celcius.&lt;br /&gt;8. Sekop atau sendokkan adonan ke atas loyang yang sudah dialasi baking paper atau silicone mat. Agar bentuknya konsisten, gunakan sekop es krim, yang kecil atau sedang sesuai selera. Beri jarak cukup lebar, karena nanti dia melebar sendiri.&lt;br /&gt;9. Panggang hanya sampai bagian atasnya kering dan retak-retak saja, kurang lebih 10-12 menit. Angkat, letakkan loyang di rak hingga agak dingin dan kue mengeras. Makin semangat setelah ngintip2 blog nya..eh udah ada penampakan dari Mbak None dan Mbak Aunty. Mulailah pesan singkong, tujuannya biar dapat singkong yang pulen..tapi karena yang biasa dipesanin juga sedang sibuk dan persediaan singkongnya lagi gak ada, akhirnya beli singkong di warung deket rumah aja. Untuk wortelnya saya parut memanjang menggunakan parutan biasa, buncis diiris tipis2. Terakhir ditaburi dengan keju cheddar parut. Dipanggang kurleb 25 menit dengan suhu 120 derajat celcius. Wuiihh..wangi skotelnya entah kemana-mana langsung bikin lapar…suami udah gak sabar pengen nyicipin skotel singkong ini, blom pernah soalnya..karena biasanya makan skotel berbahan pasta (makaroni, spageti dll), dan…rasanya? beberapa perbedaan dikit, menyesuaikan bahan yang ada di rumah, sayang kan kalo gak dipake n beli yang baru, bikin tambah boros aja, so kalo bisa dimanfaatin yah pake yang ada aja dulu putih koq, beneran nee…..karna mentega dah salted, garamnya diskip ajah….&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk isian karna suami suka isi ayam, saya bikin isi ayam, saya sukanya kacang ijo, bikin yang kacang ijo juga, eh pas lagi ngisiin isi ke adonan bakpaow, bang agam request “abang mo isi ceres coklat ma”&lt;br /&gt;Okey deh ganteng saying, jadilah bakpaownya dengan 3 varian filling, penampakannya Tapi karena males nguleg gak saya kasih tuh bumbu. Susu cair diresep 250 ml, tapi saya beli yang susu bantal isi Cuma 180ml. Panasi sebentar, tata setengah singkong, lapisi saus, taruh singkong diatasnya, lapisi saus kembali, taburi keju tutup double pannya. Mumpung lagi ga sholat menjelang magrib pun gpp lah bikin. Cuci tangan , cuci kaki, ambil baskom. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="xmsonormal" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span lang="IN"&gt;Buka terigu tuang kira kira setengahnya, tuang ragi instan sammbil ngukur pake sendok, Di bungkus raginya kan 11 gr, ternyata 2 sendok, jadi lah buat ngira2 baking powdernya satu sendok (5gr). Tuang sus sachet (karena Cuma 27gr saya tuang semua). Campur di wadah. Kebetulan wadahnya kecil jadi ampir penuh. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="xmsonormal" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span lang="IN"&gt;Setelah bahan agak2 tercampur rata saya tuangi dengan air 1 gelas setengah kurang. Saya uleni sampai bergumpal gumpal. Setelah itu saya masukkan mentega , ukurannya kira kira juga. Saya beli mentega orchid unsalted, karena males ke toko bahan kue, pas di hypermart nemu nya mentega itu. Ah gpp dah. Saya potong 1/3 nya, karena menteganya 221gr. Saya uleni terus. Dah saya agak kesusahan menguleni, karena tempat kecil, terus menteganya lupa dari kulkas langsung, belum didiamkan biar agak lembek. Tuangi Bahan B, uleni hingga bergumpal-gumpal. Beri bahan C, uleni terus hingga kalis elastis. &lt;br /&gt;Timbang adonan 30gr, bulatkan hingga licin. Istirahatkan selama 30 menit. &lt;br /&gt;Tipiskan adonan, beri bahan isi, bulatkan atau bentuk sesuai selera.
